Welcome to DUBBED OUT FESTIVAL 2023 ticket tent booking site.
Tickets are structured this way to ensure we know exactly how many people and vehicles are at the festival.
Please take your time to read through our booking process and make sure you have selected tickets for everyone in your party and all vehicle passes you require. Further additions will need to be booked separately and will incur another booking fee.
All camping passes give you access to the full festival site for all the days booked
There are a limited number of Thursday arrival passes allowing you to camp an extra night and give you access to the traders, food and bar outlets on the main field.
All campers will need a vehicle pass for either Thursday or Friday night.
Vehicle Passes
Each vehicle must have a vehicle pass to enter the site. One vehicle pass is for a campervan, motorhome or car + awning or tent connected to the vehicle or at the side
Each vehicle pass is a camping pitch of 7m x 8m
No event shelters/gazebos are permitted on site.
1 Vehicle Pass = 1 Camping Pitch.
Caravans, trailer tents, folding campers and large trailers must have a separate vehicle pass
If you arrive towing any of the above, you must have 2 vehicle passes
All vehicle passes this year are the same, there is no extra surcharge for non VWs or caravans and such.
